Insurance co. forces a person to take a teleworker job against her moral and physically beliefs?

workers comp is really trying to get me off .They have done this before but this time they lied about the docotors report from my doctor and from there worker comp doctors saying i could also do this job who i have not seen since 2002 .this is a full time 40 hour week i have not been able to do anything with my hands since 1993 they have tryed to send me on plenty of interviews, the interviewers were upset because workers comp lied and sent me there to have a job interview which weas not set up to begin with. Talk about embrasment ,wow, now this is set up by a company who never saw me, heard me ,the company did not wait for any job anyslis from my doctor. so no matter what i want or could do they want me to do this rude, invasion of privercy of other people i hate when they call me and some get nasty too. I can not do that to a person.emotional black mail thats all it is.

You don't have to be a telemarketer if you don't want to. Although if you don't take a job for which you are qualified, you should be prepared to give up workers compensation benefits. You can't have it both ways.

No, they cannot force you to take any job.

They can offer you only that job -- but it's still your choice whether to take the job or not.
