If an insurance company is denying a personal injury claim, does that mean you lost your case? ( Edit: Just read your other questions, so here is some more info. I am guessing that they will allege that their client (the owner of the elevator) is not responsible because it was purely an accident or that they were not negligent. no! All that means is you hire a lawyer Not necessarily. Appeal the claim. Now you have to get a lawyer and prove your case. |
