How could this woman be deported?

She has three children, all born in the USA. They are ages 4, 5, and 6. All are American citizens.

She broke the law. Nothing more to it than that.

If you don't like the law, then do something about getting it changed. But until that happens, the law is what it is, and she violated it.

She is not an American citizen. She came here illegally and stayed here illegally. Now she has to go home. She can take her children with her, or she can find legal US citizens to care for them.

Why would you want her deported? Her kids would have to stay here and put into foster care. Just to add to the screwed up kids in there.
