My daughter is in jail in Mexico for drug transport. She owns IRS money, is she exempt? |
She was transporting marihuana from Mexicali to USA and got caught by Mexican Police, purging a 5 years sentence, lost her car, drug, and now the IRS wants some money as payment for the year she was trapped. Do I need to report to the IRS she is in jail? She was resident alien but I think she lost this status, because maybe the PGR reported this illicit to the USA department of immigration. With a drug conviction in Mexico, yes, her green card will be revoked, and she will never be allowed back into the US. LMAO!. ur daughter is F*cked. Mexican Jail!? that's gonna be the longest, most terrifying years of your daughters life. She would be alot safer at a jail over here. Good luck with that though. As long as she deserves it though.
