Is it possable to transfer someones probation to the states?

Im a us resident from canada n my boyfriend wants to move to the states. An we were gonna work on his immigration status but he is on probation . Im thinking its very unlikey that he can transfer his probation to the states but i was wondering if anyone knew anything about this topic if so it would be very helpful .

its not a felony conviction

Probation for a felony conviction? No. If he were able to move to the states with a felony conviction, he would likely decide he had made a mistake anyway.

No, he cannot change the jurisdiction of his probation to a different country. And being on probation, he is not able to leave his province of Canada nor eligible to get any sort of visa to enter and remain in the US. He is staying in Canada, probably for the rest of his life. He cannot produce a clean police record which any country will require as part of the visa application or residency process.

I can't tell you about the US immigration laws, but he sure better check with his Parole Officer before going. Canada might not want him to leave.
