Please advice me what should I do?? |
My husband is a very controlling ,abusive person and also a psychiatrist.I have two kids and I am pregnant again,it`s five years of our marriage,he is very rich and want to get rid of me as he has someone else in his life,without giving me a single penny.First he file the application to put me in the pavilion without my will,when I was in shelter but it was rejected,then he involve the CBS agency that I am Psycho and not taking care of the kids,he took pictures of house by making it dirty and record me after pushing my buttons,and also make everything of the house look ugly and non-functional,plus I couldn`t find any good cloths of mine and children so we all are not in good dressed which again goes against me,he`s not only doing all these psychiatric tricks plus also keep on making me stressed out continuously,He is also keeping me out of status as he hasn`t submit my immigration papers . Please help me what should I do in this situation,I am very afraid as he`s abusing me psychologically ,emotionally and physically for a long time,and if anything comes out in the test the CBS agency is going to put my kids in the foster care as they can`t give it to my husband as he `s the abusive person and they mention it in the court orders but my husband don`t care about the kids,he said he will fight the custody battle if they go to foster care,and keep on blamming me and telling them lies that I am paranoid and crazy,he didn`t beat me and it`s all in my mind. I would start by documenting everything. Keep a diary of all events while you seek legal counsel. You need to get an attorney. Since he has money, I am sure that you can find one willing to represent you without front money for now. Contact a local women's shelter for guidance. Girl you can do better than this!! dump him you will find a better husband who u will love even if they are rich or not!! Get a lawyer. You'll need one. |
