I am planning to resign while on leave, would that be a reason for my employer to put an immigration ban on me |
I have a 3 year contract, I have worked for the company for 2 mos and filed a leave due to my poor health condition. Can I ask them to cancel my visa without sending my original passport and do you think will they file an immigration ban on me because I resign while out of the country? Working only two months out of a three year contract could be VERY touchy to your employer, particularly if they have made cash investments in you for bringing you on board. |
