Immigration medical check up?...?

I am not really fimilar about this medical check up but what kind of hospital do I need to go get a immigration medical check up and how much would it cost? Also, I was late on the medical check up which was suppose to be a week ago. Will there be a problem with lateness?

You don't need a hospital, just an USCIS approved Doctor - referred to as "Civil Surgeons".

The USCIS can give you a list of approved doctors in your area. Click on this link... https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action... for the USCIS web site to search by zip code or State.

Missing your date will result in - sometimes substantial - additional delays. In some cases it can even result in your application being listed as 'abandoned', and you having to re-apply from scratch, so don't delay any longer.
