If i lose my green card and goes to the immigration office, will they give me any temporary papers/forms??

Will I get a temporary paper that says , i am in the process or that I came to the office ? .

I lost my green card few months ago . I reported it to the police . But i didn't call the USCIS yet, because once when I tried , they just give me the amount of replacement fees and no option to "Report it" or anything like that .

I am in texas now , ( houston ) I want to get a job , But I can't wait for 6 months ( or even longer ) to get my card .

If i go there, will they give me a temporary paper that says " ok this dude has a card, but lost it ) ?

Yes they will.

You should also have your passport with its Permanent Resident visa stamp, and an employer should accept that also.

Incidentally, the law requires a lost Green Card be reported to USCIS immediately.
