Is Glenn Beck fair? |
Glenn Beck is not fair; he talks about Obama's pastor, his wife, illegal immigration, and so on Well, to be fair.. none of the stuff you mention has been proved. At the moment it's just allegations. People are still unhappy about how Waco was handled by the government... I wouldn't be surprised if you see most news shows hold back until some actual "facts" come out. For instance, at the moment it appears to not be polygamy (there was only one actual wife). It's frustrating with all the children involved but until we know more, it's unsafe and unwise to speculate. Well first of all, the guy in charge of that "Church" is not running for President, nor has he endorsed any Presidential Candidate (unlike with Obama's Racist Preacher)... Secondly, everyone is concerned about Illegal Immigration...the only groups who think it is great are cities like San Francisco, who have very little Illegal Immigration, and the Illegals themselves and their racist supporters...grasping at straws huh? I guess Obama is going to give a high school type speech on marriage...but how can he if he supports gay marriage...how can you stop someone from marring more than one woman...unless you define marriage? Slippery Slope huh? How do you claim it's not "fair" that he covers politics and not fundamentalist mormon churches? He's a talk show host, not a news agency. For a conservative talk show host, he's actually decently fair. Of course he's more to the right, but that's because he's a conservative. But, I think a lot of people tend to agree with him, regardless of their political party. His article in CNN yesterday was spot on, and it was very down the middle. He criticized both republicans and democrats and stressed how we need to come together as a nation. No, he's not right down the middle all the time--then he wouldn't have material to talk about. But, he's not nearly as repulsive and offensive as Rush or the she-devil Ann Coulter. None of the ones you mention are running for President--- Of course he's not fair. He is a slightly toned down version of Rush Limbaugh. Everything is totally one-sided. Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity - this list goes on and on. They scream that the media is liberal and biased then go on and on with their conservative rants. O'Reilly wins the hypocrisy award for his "no spin zone." He spins everything to the right, says he'll give guests the last word (then doesn't), and hunts down judges who give sentences he doesn't like but he'll ignore the polygamists. |
