My Uncle just got ran over by an illegal alien with no license will she get deported if convicted? |
There is a warrant out for her arrest. Will she be turned over to immigration. What is the procedure? Please answer. My Uncle is pressing charges. She'll go to trial first. Call Roswell, we found the lost alien! If this person is illegal and if, and that's a big IF, she is arrested, she may or may not be deported. If she bonds out she may disappear and change her name and start over. If you broke the law to get here, why would you have a problems breaking the law again to run and avoid the law. I think they do time here, then get deported once they get released. Im not sure but I think they will just deport her, so she can come back and run someone else over |
