Will immigration pull your permanent residence card for unpaid child support?

My ex-husband has not paid his court ordered child support all year....not a penny. He claims he has no money but drives a 2004 Yukon that he paid cash for earlier this year, has a cell phone and is constatly driving around town in this 8 cyl SUV @ 3 bucks a gallon. He also took a 2 month long trip to Mexico mid-year. I have contacted child support but they said he has to be 9 months behind (glad the kids don't need to eat till then) I have a great job so I let it slide a while because he did get hurt at work.........until I found out about all this money he got from a settlement. Might I add....my son did not even get a pair of socks from all that money. I think I let things slide too long because I felt bad for the dead beat. Not sure what to do ....so I heard somewhere along the line that immigration pulls green cards for failure to pay.......any one heard anything like that. Everytime I ask him about money he says he's "broke" and hangs the phone up in my face. Any suggestions??

sorry to hear your situation.
USCIS won't revoke you ex husband's green card unless the state filed criminal charges against your ex husband and found guilty for failure to pay child support. however, failure to pay court ordered child support could prevent him from becoming a US citizen.

I dont know the answer to your q but I would like to share with you my experiences were having with my husbands ex. we are going around in the circles of jail for 6 months , let her out , then she still dont pay, lock her up again, let her out, etc......... she is in the 5 digits already. she has no license, car, insurance, or anything and she still dont want to work and pay! I hope they do take his card and you need to let child support know that he just got a settlement.
