I recently had immigration mail stolen from me by spouse to get me deported. What can i do? |
i am from out of country and recently discovered that my spouse from canada deliberately withheld immigration mail from me in order to get me deported. She had withdrawn her sponsorship and never told me and stole mail notifying me of her actions along with leaving me homeless,vehicless, and problems with workpermit now. what can i do legally ? contact immigration asp, are you an abused spouse??/ divorced?? under 2 yrs in country< can you upgrade your question with more details |
