Is anyone an immigration lawyer?

My friend has two misdemeanors, trespassing and contributing to delinquency of a minor. His papers were in the process of something, I'm not quite sure what. He had permission to stay in the U.S. He hadn't received the call yet. What are the chances of deportation?

Yes, a lot of people are immigration lawyers.
