How long does your immigration case stay open for? |
My imigratrion case started november 2006, We decided to leave it pending for personal reasons but now I want to file the last aplication for my residency. Is my case still open. If its not did I lose all the money I already put in for fines and all that? Thanks in advance for your answers An immigration case is still open until a decision is finally made on the status of a person. |
