If a friend got BUSTED for drugs and has IMMIGRATION status pending will it affect?

will it cancel ones chances of getting citizenship if he got caught with drugs..i need to know if i should start looking for a new employee.

I am afraid it is highly unlikely it will be approved again.

You should probably start looking for a new employee...INS is not too understanding with drug charges.

Immigration will find out at some point...... it's just the way it is. Regardless for a period of time when status is granted it is conditional..... meaning no crimes.

Time to start looking.
