Which presidential candidate had this to say about illegal immigration and do you agree ?

_______supports a legalization process for illegal immigrants already in the United States that requires immigrants to speak English, pass background checks and pay back taxes. He also favors increased border security without a border fence, penalties for employers that hire undocumented workers and diplomatic efforts with Mexico to decrease the number of illegal immigrants.

Bill Richardson, I had to cheat though.

It seems like a pretty good plan I agree with it. My knee jerk reaction is against letting the illegals now become legal after they have been reeking the benefits illegally, though.

Now I was all in favor of telling them they can get drivers licenses and ss cards and as soon as they come in have them arrested and trucked back to Mexico...but ok this may work instead...then again I think they like flying under the radar...the better to steal your identity...
