Why has the AMERICAN FEDERAL GOVERNMENT refused to ENFORCE the IMMIGRATION LAWS?

I will visit you in federal prison for not paying your taxes.The government is so afraid of offending a large group of people they do not care if the people are breaking the law as long as they get the vote. It is not just Hispanics .although they are the largest group. I guess it will take another attack on America be for the government will wake up to the fact we need to get rid of the people who came here ( for what ever reason ) ILLEGALLY. Immigration laws are not enforced because it is a political hot potato. One political party wants the cheap labor for their rich buddy鈥檚 farms and businesses, and the other party thinks it has the Hispanic vote locked up and does not want to do anything to upset the apple cart. Both political parties are guilty of not doing anything to solve the problem.

blame greedy EMPLOYERS who lower pay rates to get rid of Americans and then hire illegals to exploit at even lower pay. have owners of meatpacking plants and Tyson foods do a perp walk on TV news every night for a few weeks. if nobody hires illegals they got no reason to come.

I don't think it is a priority issue. Right now everyone is concerned with Iraq and terrorism. I don't think the average amercian is concerned about it. I lived with a house full of chinese here in Calif.
As soon as they arrive they apply for benefits. Since they can't speak english it's easy for them to get welfare etc. I recently went by city hall and they were giving out booklets written in chinese that tell him where to go for benefits. And if you go to the local welfare office you will see many case workers are chinese so they have no problem with language when they apply.
