Why is a culture that mistreats Women so, allowed the largest Immigration numbers in the USA?

Apparently, according to the SAN FRANCISCO Chron. World section yesterday, harrassement of Mexican women by Mexican men is so bad in public, that the buses and trains have women only carrying cars.
Only Women can ride on these cars in order to avoid being mistreat by men.
This is true also for Brazil, Ven. and Japan as well as a few other lower Americas countries.
Why does the USA admit 50% legal immigrants from Mexico and add to that the additionals from Central and South American who apparently have little respect/concern for the rights of women, even their own?
How can this benefit our country? What can we expect but more crime and abuse at the hands of such people as these new inductees. Add to that the illegal crowd who knows nothing but to come here ILLEGALLY. Where will our future be with people like this as our new populace in those numbers?

It is all part of the destruction Of the US culture .

We aren't allowing them, they are invading.
