My son was born in uk 12 days before i got immigration status in uk. is he entitled for for british citizen? |
my son was born on 12th october 2005 and i was granted leave to remain in uk on 24th october 2005. if he was born in the Uk then i suppose he is a british citezan yea, why not? join the party. no yes, don't worry about it! Yes as he was born in England, but be careful if you go to your home country, he may need a visa i would of thought so dont worry about it i am not sure, the law keeping changing, ask www.nelipot.com, they give free information about this matter.
