Can I get in trouble for being the only one so enforce immigration law?

My plan is to pick up about ten to fifteen day laborers in the back of my pick-up truck from the local Home Depot in Southern San Diego county.

What the day laborers don't know is that I won't be taking them to a job site; I will be driving across the United States/Mexico border, and I will be dropping them off BACK IN MEXICO!

This will be done for the good of America.

Is there anything illegal--and, more importantly, prosecutable--about doing this (other than the riding-without-a-seatbelt thing)? I don't want to hear too much legal theory (although some would be fun); I want to know if any charges could actually stick.

Since you didn't actually disclose to the immigrant workers the actual address of the job site, and because there's no written contract to specify the terms of employment, etc, and since you probably orally explained everything to them at the very onset of hiring them and did not know that they didn't understand English, then your subsequent decision to drop them off on the outskirts of Tijuana with instructions to "Go build a better Tijuana - God will be proud of you" can only be regarded as the most humane, faith based act anyone could do for a fellow countryman. I almost have tears in my eyes right now just thinking about the good feeling I have for you putting the betterment of others ahead of your own self interests. :)

The ACLU will have your nuts in a vice.

nothing illegal, but, if i where one of them i'd kill you.
plus they will never accept the job if they know its on the other side of the border. and they can't cross the border without papers, even to get into mexico.

sounds like kidnapping...especially if any of them really are a US citizen who needs xtra work to support his family.

your good intentions would be fouled by "transporting illegal immigrants" good try though.

I don't think you'd be doing anything more illegal than transporting illegal immigrants and riding without a seatbelt; the only problem with your plan is that as soon as they figured out what you were doing they'd jump out of the truck. If you didn't let them then you'd be liable for either kidnapping or you'd piss them off so bad you'd get injured.

If you wouldn't be shot at the border by Mexican police as you have the nerve to storm their border, I would make the trip with you. They do not want any of their indigenous people back once they get here. Mexico depends upon U.S. dollars sent back to Mexico to keep the intelligencia counting all that green. Worse, the wealthy fear someone may get the idea to storm the palace and foment revolt, so they are trying to weaken the ranks by sending us their poor and criminal. To that end you would be murdered before you could turn your truck around. And yes, you would be harshly treated in American courts and held up as a racist of the worst kind. Our president would then make a statement denigrating you and praising the illegals. In fact, his people would get with their people and they would be flown back to Home Depot and given washers, dryers, etc.
Be patient. The public is slowly awakening. The Minute Man Project and talk radio has become the voice of Americans who, although they are afraid to say it (PC you know) support you in your thinking. The coming elections should throw out many of the pro-illegals (Note: Can any of you out there believe such an American political creature could exist?) and elect anti-illegals.
I have been doing my part for almost two years now and in the process have lost 90% of friends (the white ones) and family. These people know of my history of marching/boycotting/demonstrating/letter writing etc. on behalf of Martin Luther King and Cesar Chavez until they were successful in their righteous struggles. Yet, because I speak openly about the invasion and draw a grim picture of our future in the Southwest if not stopped, I am now branded a racist. I couldn't care less.
Yes, that would be a felony and very prosecutable. Nice thought though.

your wasting you time, for every 10 you take back across the border,100+ will come into this country that very night.

I think you could be charged with kidnapping. However, I doubt anyone would dare to bring this suit up, because they would have to file the suit and it would expose them as being illegal.

So, good luck to you, I agree with you 100%. Just make SURE the ones you are rounding up are ILLEGAL. Because it would only take one legal immigrant to get you into trouble.

the name of the crime is attempted kidnapping in the first degree...........but the trouble is they will cut you and steal your truck.....
