What鈥檚 the legal term of this process?

A Canadian Landed Immigrant has a right to cancel the immigration of his wife whom he has sponsored?

If she comes and lives here for more then half a year after having immigration and visa, their marriage becomes turbulent, she decides to go back to her home country.

Does he have a right to cancel her Canadian immigration once she goes back?

He can withdraw his support, but only the government gets to say who does and does not get to legally immigrate.
