The End of America Will Be the Open Borders?

Does America Have the Right to Protect Itself?
I say YES!! For years, I have been reading about the border issue and it makes me sick to my stomach that Americans are so blinded by their own generosity and niceness. I do not understand how gullible Americans can be. America has the right to monitor who comes here or not. Do we need another 9-11? I feel that the borders should be closed. Anyone who wants to come here, should go through immigration and NOT break our INS laws by crossing the border without government permission.

If you go into your friend's house without permission, you are breaking the house rules set forth by the owners (in this case your friends). Going into another country without legal status is the same thing as breaking the laws that govern immigration per land. Anyone coming here without a green card is a law breaker and no friend of mine. In terms of Bush, he's an idiot! I bet he does not live next to illegals on his private property, right? It's easy for him to agree that America should let anyone come here simply because they work hard or whatever the case may be. Bush has to be the most idiotic president in U.S. history. I say, close the borders before it's too late! The border issue will be the end of America as we know it today if we continue to sleep on this issue. Come here LEGALLY or else stay out!!!

The Native Americans learned the hard way that opening the doors to the newcomers was a bad, bad idea!

Personally here's my thought - once they are found send them back. Period. Those huge rallies for a "day without illegals" - ya...get a bunch of buses and round them up and let them know we'd like a life without illegals as we shunt them back to where they came from.

I know we all came from somewhere else - or most of us did. Some are mutts like me - 1/4 German, Irish, Russian, and Native American. But ya know what - immigration is assimilation, and the problem we are running into is that our lovely illegals are not assimilating. WE are assimilating to THEM and that's crap.

We have almost five thousand miles of land border.

The U.S. Mexico border alone is longer than the great wall of China - and the great wall of China FAILED.

when the dust settles on this super-power myth, apparently soon enough, the rest of the civilized world is rooting for a borderless planet - very few lines on the global map.
