I must say I have my doubts. For a start, this question is almost meaningless.
The first questions it begs is - risk for whom? The people traffiked? The Traffikers? The police? Society as a whole?

And how is one to evaluate 'risk vs immigration? The 'Risk' is not even defined - risk of what? Jobs not getting done? Atrophy of skills? Society getting older? Cultural change?

Regulation of what? Numbers? Jobs? Skills?

This has all the hallmarks of a pseudo-scientific charade which is in reality an anti-immigrant/immigration question.

Either that or it's been composed by someone with half a brain and no scientific methodology training whatsoever.
