NVC fault that's not fair.?

hello
my 1st question is... my father's big brother sponcer my dad for USA immigration visa at 1992 and our turn came now in 2008

because 4 year NVC lost our immigration papers and they responce nothing.after 2 year my father's big brother who is sponcer

him went NVC office and ask them abut papers they said they lost it when they found it they will contect us or send us

further requirments.totally 4 to 5 years they took for researching our papers.and then start processing now my father and my

mother's interview latter came but mine and my older borhtere's name did not came in interview letter.i am 21 and he is

24.but whem embassey call us last time they said there is no problem about ur childrens.in a mail embassey said no problem

about ur children's age you send us there papers also but now in interview letter there is not name of us.
our preference category is F4-PKST .
and priority date is 1992
i am from Pakistan.
