i married my husband in america i am british and he is american i lived there and was going through the immigration process but had to leave as my dad is sick i have had to leave my husband behind as he has child support arrears and am totally heartbroken i cant go back to america as my family need me but my husband cant get a passport because of the arrears he owes alot and on the passport web site it say he can only owe 2,500 dollars and then they will let him get a passport he owes 20,000 dollars as he was sick and couldnt work but is paying his normal child support which is 200 a week so he cant afford to pay much more off of the arrears does anyone know a way around it so my husband can be with me and my children and come here to england and i havent got to wait forever for him to pay it off as i do miss him so much. and no we dont know any rich people and he can not get a loan either thank you The children he made before he met you have priority. Do you really want him to abandon his responsibilities toward his own children? - I did not think so -. Was there a question in there somewhere? |
