Is this authority measure correct? |
in a Highschool close by to where I live there was a fight between students, one was carrying drugs and the police was notified by the school staff. The police instead of dealing with the drug charges against the students called immigration because the students were illegal immigrants. The students and their parents were deported immediately. Is it correct for authorities to have done this? it was my understanding that there should have been charges pressed against the students and they would have had to go through courts and a legal process and then possibly deported. Any thoughts on this? illegal aliens with drugs and fighting and you want to know if the police should have called immigration? of course they should have ICE is suppose to deal with immigration issues. why back up our court system to try a case that eventually should end up in deportation anyway. they were not immediately deported, deportation is not that simple but hopefully they were not here for much longer. illegal aliens that commit crimes make it even more difficult for those who are here just tying to better themselves. these are the ones we must get out of our country immediately. |
