Extreme Hardship Evidence?

my husband had an appt. this past month for his I-601 waiver but immigration are asking for more addicianal evidence that I sent today. now my question is, how long would it take for them to review my case after they recieve my paper work

It would have been best if you took it down there in person. Unless you have something to hide. Or you could have then ask, how long will it be.

You just need to keep calling. Call and make sure that it was received. And then once you know they got it, ask how long it will take to process. If it takes longer than they said call them back immediately. Right down the dates you call, the name of the person you speak to and what they said. Also in the future if you mail them anything make sure you have the post office put tracking on it so that you know they receive it for sure.
