Bout child protection act for those who filed case under f2a n get age out?

i am telling about cspa(child status protection act) which is signed in 6aug 2002 will this act help me when i will age out because immigration office tell me that ur catagory will not be changed n u will got visa under tha catagory in which ur case approved

under this act you can not, and you can not be changed.
