Are independent truck drivers required to be legal residents? |
We hire owner operators to deliver loads (as a broker) do the same immigration rules apply? I would think so- they have to be licensed to drive , have a legit CDL license, have a legal Soc Security # so taxes can be paid Yes, they are. |
