My lawyer doesnt want to claim my bond money, what sould i do? |
2 years ago, I had a problem with immigration and I was held in jail until I pay for a 5000$ bond to get released. 2 days later, a friend of mine asked a lawyer to pay my bond for me and get released. 3 months later I got my status back as a legal immigrant in this country. I asked my lawyer to claim the bond money since I got my status back and that was no reason to go to court. She said yes after receiving all the documents required to file a claim for the bond. A week after, she moved to NJ without any notice. I tried to contact her and email her but without any success. I went online and try to get some information about her and ended up by getting her phone number. I called her to get some explanation but she refused to talk to me even to send me my file back. I went last week to a civil court trying to sue her and get my money back. What should I do? Who should I talk to? I m lost ... I have been in this country for more then 3 years now not knowing what is my situation. Seek legal advise such as legal aide,look them up in the phone book. they can help you in this situation |

It is my belief that once you resort to "hate" you've lost your professionalism! There is right and wrong and you chose to do what was right! You should, however, perform your dut... yes it's illegal. I prefer nicaraguan to cuban anyway ...drugs less addictive than cigarettes and less harmful than alcohol should be legal since when can a govt of a free country throw people in jail for getting high ...But what no one has mentioned is that no one knows how many migrants have left the UK. They know how many people have been issued NI numbers, but when anyone leaves the UK, they don't sign out... We are in the middle of submitting all the docs ourselves, no attorneys. When we need assistance or have questions, we go online and make an appointment to see/speak with an immigration officer for... It would be extremely difficult to incriminate the government even though it appears to have lost control of immigration. ...If you can prove that you actually did the work you have two different courses of action. The one addresses you income and that is to report to the State Labor Relation board. If there is not one... i know how ya feel ... |
