Feeling hard done by the system? |
ive been living in south korea for 3 years teaching, i have my long term girlfriend and im happy here. Now the rules change, immigration needs to see a CRB check. Koreas hard on drugs, i have a weed caution from 2001, this will prevent me from renewing my visa and will destroy my happy life. I thought cautions were wiped after 5 years, but that law has changed. i know how ya feel You got into korea with the weed caution in the first place, right? That's super BS since they let you in but won't let you stay. You should try to file an appeal if/when they deny your visa renewal. Does It pays to be a traitor to the USA? fu*k them, if they do not let you stay, come home and bring your girl, don't let these bureaucrats dictate your life. |
