Can I use voice record of somebody for proof of problem?How much will effective voice record for any evidence?

I have to complain about one matter concerning with me. Now, I have not enough proof of it but I have recorded lots of talk/voice of that person about that matter. So, Can i use it as proof for Immigration or police? How much
