How much of our tax money is used to pass any kind of bills? |
like for and example. banning a physical punishment bill or immigration reform bill I'm sure that it is quite low. The cost is just about the same as whatever it takes to run Congress, and members of Congress don't make huge salaries. Compared to the rest of the US budget, I'm sure it's extremely low, but I can't give you an exact number. Not only that, but given the fact that Congress passes hundreds of bills/resolutions a year, passing a specific bill would cost only be a fraction of the cost to run Congress. |
