Hiring a lawyer in India.?

I reside in Pune Maharashtra, and wish to find an english speaking lawyer who would help me in certain immigration and name change stuff.
what exactly should I beware of while hiring a lawyer here?
how much to private lawyers milk from you? random local rate, not the cheating rate.

You need to visit a Notary to get your name changed. You need to file an affidavit and he will help you with the procedures.

For the immigration procedure you should consult a travel agency of repute who will give you the correct advice. They would also know which lawyer would be the best.

Lawyers are professionals. Fees charged would be reasonable. I dont think you will be milked.
