Is the American government becoming Fascist? |
I recently experianced the inhumanity of the US immigration officer. I am an American citizen, my fiance however is not. We were completely dehumanized by these people. The sad thing is even as a US citizen you cannot so much as insult an officer with the penalty being 3 years in prison and a $5000 fine....many people do not realize the changes that have happened in our government in the last few years. The officers were no different than nazis. Any person coming into the US even to visit must sign a paper giving up their rights. This is just wrong. As defined fascism is very similar to what America is becoming. Our rights as citizens are still apparent but so were the Germans. will someone please explain what is happening to our country? according to the conservatives this all is for our freedom and security. But I would rather live in a dangerous society than one where I didn't have my freedoms. We are living in a fascist country. |
