What do you feel is wrong with the United States?

wow. this is a really long list, so be prepared.

the united states government gots too involved in foreign affairs. we see a country that is struggling, and take that as a plea for our help because apparently we are the biggest and the best. however, while fixing problems that could be solved without our help, our government ignores issues that need to be addressed within our own nation.

we were the first to drop an atomic bomb, and therefore began atomic tension around the globe. we started all of this, yet we critisize other nations for building other atomic weapons (i am not saying that atomic weapons are good, just that we dont really have the right to say much).

one word: obesity. an obese, economy-driven country. have you noticed that holidays in america have become days for sales and toys and reasons for days off of school? hell, kids dont even know what presidents day is or why we celebrate it. they only know that they dont have to go to school that day. the american stereotype is a fat, stupid tourist, even within the country. the culture of america is going down the drain: we dont even have our own ethnic food (italian food, indian food, etc.) because the foods we are known for are just more fattening versions of foods from other european countries- pizza (italy), burgers (germany)...

you mention immigration. our country, as i said before, tries so hard to control every other nation on earth. but we have a major problem with illegal immigration. the government is even considering building a gaurded wall barrier between the us and mexico border. does this sound like the berlin wall? it does to me.

these are only a few main points as to why this country is not as great as it says it is, and why as soon as i am out of college i am moving to england.

edit: i forgot to add the whole thing about how much the US is adding to the global warming problem. america is one of the top pollutant nations. and we say that we are working to fight it.

Greed is the main problem, causing the problems in all the areas you listed, in my opinion

We need true leaders. Leaders who have the American People in mind. We need someone with values. We need a Freemason President.

I think some of the policies we have is wrong. Stuff like abortion is a big matter to me. and I think we need to slow down and step back to see how all of our actions are taking a toll on us, the envioronment, and the future generations. we need to save our planet if we want to be able to live!!!! (yes, i am a tree hugger and proud of it, lol)
