this happens all over the world and definitely in America too! Its so sad! National Geographic had an article about some of it a loooong time ago... it also happens all across Europe as well... its terrible, just terrible!

It's another reason not to allow illegal immigrants in. It would help stop such trafficking. I think there is an exception for illegal immigrants that are trafficked here to be given residency, but I'm not sure. I only saw it on Law and order. I have no problem with that. I wouldn't be suprised because of the illegal immigrant trafficking often times ended up into some form of slavery . This dates all the way back to the 1800's.

That is so sad. I already knew it happened in other countries, but in AMERICA! This is ridiculous. How come the news doesn't get the word out. I'm writing to 20/20 to let them know this is happening. Hopefully they'll do a story on it.

IT does exist! I live on the largest border city in the US....And we have billboards all over the city, encouraging illegals and citizens to report human trafficking....It is a serious problem and the media NEVER reports it....
