Is Health Care a right?

Do you think health care/ health insurance is (or should be) a right? Why is every American entitled to free or low-cost health care? (Or why not?) And why is it fair for the wealthy to pay for it all?

Respectful and thoughtful answers only please!

Seriously, nobody has anything more to add to this?

No, no it is not. Someone took the time to educate themselves. For many different reasons.

Now if they take out student loans we could have them pay them back by working in free clinics until their loans are paid off. Those that cannot afford insurance can see one of them based on wages. Serves a dual purpose.

You have some good points. Health care is a right for U.S. citizens only. We would not be in the crises that we are currently in if illegals were deported. They are breaking the system and causing insurance premiums to become prohibitive for most people.

Only in Europe. Here in America, you pull yourself up by your own
boot straps.
