What are the legalities you need to adhere to, to set up a website for mental health and disabled people to |
name and shame doctors/consultants/GP's/social workers...etc...when they fail them and fail in the duty of care they are paid to carry out? you are going to need a lawyer who specializes in such matters, not only in your state, but in any state in the US and probably worldwide. I would check out the law book before and go through it carefully before posting anything on line.Because you could be breaking the law of ethnics concerning the people at hand here. |
