When a reporter makes a mistake in a magizine article, you can run a correction; but when a health care worker

"When a reporter makes a mistake in a magizine article, you can run a correction; but when a health care worker makes a mistake, someone can die. Reflecting on this statement, should we hold people in certain professions to higher standards of legal accountability and responsiblity? What are the advantages and disadvantages of your position? How is your response to these questions consistent with the moral philosophy you described in Unit 1 discussion assignment? Explain. If it is not consistant with that philosophy, explain why your philosophy has changed.

This is actually a survey of opinions of how one would feel about the media and what they can cause.

okay, when you ask people to write your homework answer, at least TRY to make it less obvious. =/

We DO hold medical personnel to higher standards than reporters. Actually, we don't normally hold reports to ANY standards. That said, reporters giving inaccurate information can also get people killed.

PS. The reference to 'the moral position you described in Unit 1" makes it clear this is a homework assignment. Next time, at least edit the question to LOOK like you actually care.

i love when people try to disguise a homework question.
