Is it possible to get a job in health care with a domestic violence record in OH?

Is it possible to get a job in health care with a domestic violence record in OH?

I don't know about OH but I personally don't think they should. If a person will abuse there family what would they do to a patient? It's not a risk I would be willing to take.

According to EEOC it depends on the laws of the state that you live in, but in general it depends on the position being applied for. I do know that a person with a domestic violence record can not carry a gun.
