What kind of repercussions can I expect if I speak out against agencies who maltreated my family?

I don't have anything that anyone could sue for, but I still fear that something terrble could happen if I dare to speak out. They have lied about us before, and I do fear being powerless.

Possibly a lawsuit. But you have the First Amendment behind you. Just make sure you have evidence supporting your claims behind what you are saying.
