Do i have rights to my files from my lawyer who represented in a family case matter.? |
am i privy to my case files from my lawyer who represented me in a family court custody matter. As long as you're not a minor, yes. Yes you have the right to get copies of your file, he will keep the originals and probably charge you per page. BUT, getting atty's to do this is like pulling teeth. yes you should do i dont have much info about law and stuff but i think i read some where in a book i got in the loft that you are aloud but imm not sore soz i count be more helpful yes but depending on the matters you may have to ask a majerstraight if you can have them I think so.... |
