Can a person be tried for the same crime in two different courts(Superior and Family) ?

Person age 16 in Delaware in the year 1997

Of course, you can reference probably the most famous example: The OJ Simpson trial. He was found not guilty in criminal court, and found "guilty" in civil court for the same offense.

You can be tried in a criminal court and a civil court, or you could be tried again in criminal court if there was a mistrial but...' family' sounds like a civil matter not a criminal matter.
