Switching Militarys to a different country while under contract? |
I was just curious could i leave the american navy after a few years to move to australia to live with my family if im still under contract? Certainly, if you don't mind being arrested, tossed in jail, be court martialed, and tossed back into jail again. After all of that, a Dishonorable Discharge, and few people will have anything to do with you. Finish your enlistment. By the way, leaving before your contract is over is desertion, and the penalty could be the firing squad. Make your choice carefully. If you're enlisted in the USN you can't leave before your enlistment is up. if your still under contract, you arn't going anywhere. |
