Has anyone had bad experience w/ Premier Family Services and how do I proceed?

Premier Family Services (California) provided incomplete & inept legal papers, after claiming that they would provide a lawyer to correctly and completely file all necessary papers for submitting a petition to modify a parenting plan in the State of WA, AND prep a father for the court appearance.

Their work was SO inept and full of holes that the petition had to be withdrawn, the dad became liable for the mom's legal fees. It also opened the door for her lawyer to respond with a proposed new petition which was full of vague allegations -- the aim being to restrict his visiting time!
Looking for someone to advise re: what is dad's recourse against Premier Family Services? They are resisting refunding his money. Can they be made liable for the additional expenses he has incurred (financial damages) and the substantial emotional torment that has resulted as well?
Is anyone aware of pending lawsuits against this company?
Can someone recommend a path to take?
