Can a my ex wife and her family be charged if they abused the court system to commit a big crime?

My ex wife had me falsely arrested in one state kidnapped the children to take them to another so she could fraud a government welfare program while she was in the 2nd state played the laws of diffrent states against each other and created a real big mess told my kids theyed never see me again kept them from me for 10 and a half months while in her posession allowed her 3 sisters boyfriends to beat and sexually molest my children who now see a shrink she and her whole family would lie and have me always in court for a crime I didnt commit I beat 9 diffrent charges and paid an expensive lawyer to declare her unfit am I wrong to send her and her family to jail for all the crimes commited including government fraud and what rights do I have for all damages done to me and the kids

While I don't believe in revenge, I would kill anyone who harmed one of my children or grandchildren.

If what you are saying is true, then I would definitely call the law and have them all arrested. Those that touched your children in any inappropriate manner should be in jail.

Your ex-wife sounds like a real piece of work.

But whatever you do, don't bad mouth her or her family in front of those children. They have been through more than enough and they need all the help you can get for them.

Good luck to you and my thoughts and prayers will be with you and the kids.

If it is proven- yes.

You need to get in contact with an attorney who is familiar with this problem. It is rampant in today's family law situations.

Every story has two sides.
Having said that.. I am personally aware of a family that I believe committed criminal perjury, to cover up taking children from the parents without grounds. The parents were threatened and caved in to sign a "voluntary" agreement, giving custody to the grandparents, for the sake of not destroying the "family".
In fact, the family HAS been destroyed, the fall out harmed all sides, and had the parents testified, they probably would still have their kids.
I think the govt fraud is minor, compared to the psychological harm that has been done to the children. 99% of the people here on yahoo, would not believe this CAN HAPPEN, until it happens to them.
I absolutely believe that we are all accountable for the harm done to others, by fraud and perjury. They made the choice to lie, to a court. I do NOT think that holding a person liable is revenge, although some might say so. It is one thing to be in a custody dispute. It is another thing entirely to break the law to "win", using the children or false accusations..
Line up your evidence, and talk to your lawyer.

You think doing this will be good for your kids? Geez. Yes, call the cops.

Do what you need to do to protect your kids and yourself. Your ex wife sounds like a real poor excuse of a human being. Send her and the mama to jail and make sure you obtain all the information you can on these boyfriends that treated the children so badly, let's get them in the Big House, so they can start dropping the soap.

Sounds like you had kids with a real ignorant woman with little self-esteem for herself and certainly no respect. See if you can get custody of your kids, if you have not already done so. Love and respect your kids and pray for the old Tea Bagger - she sounds like she is really ****** up.
