My ex is an illegal immigrant who is violent towards my family?

i have been down all chanels via the relevant authorities to no avail he is breaking the laws of our land but no one seems to be listening or want to protect my family. they wont adhere to the immigration laws with regards him working to fund his reign of terror over me and my children. i been requested to go in a refuge for safety but why should i give eveything up when there are apparent laws they can enforce to stop him. can anyone advise of other avenues i can go to be heard.

no he does not nor as ever lived with me, and i found out early on 8 years ago that he was not a nice guy, but this has not stopped over those 8 yrs thou he has been arrested many times and had orders placed against him, he thinks he is above the law and can do has he pleases because he gets away with it everytime due to his status the police hands are tied because they cannot enforce the deportation order he has pending due to human rights issues in the east but i ask what about my families human rights to be protected and safe from harm in their own birth country.

Let me guess.
Before you married him he was a dream boat.
Now that he's your ex he's a monster.
It happens to a lot of women.
It's funny how that happens.

turn him in duu, invite him over to reconcile and have immigration waiting on him to show

they will toss him back over the boarder ,and remember it is an acceptable practice in other country's to beat women, and he was a criminal in the first place

I take it that you are divorced? Because you said "my Ex" ??
I am not sure from reading your statement if you are still living together at home? Does he have a visa from Mexico?
Well, the best advise that I can give you is to leave him completely because he is hurting you emotionally, mentally, etc; your and your children and family. Hope this helps

If you are in the US, File a formal police report for domestic abuse, and INS for his illegal status.

Get a gun, you have the right to defend your family and yourself.

If he is in your country, illegally, call immigration.

If, you need a shelter, go with your children. Get your life back together for you and the kids.

Why should you give up everything?......because you need to do that at this time in order to make a peaceful life for your children.

if you realy need to get a Hitman.or look for a good cop, or whats better your familys safty or doing nothing

You just need to leave this person along. You may have to move to another state during the time he is out the house just pack your bags and go don't look back. If he is abusive to you and your kids then you have to do what good for you and not worry about the system because it work only when it is convenient for them.

Remember back when you were telling the authorities they didn't have the right to deport that illegal alien? Remember when you were giving him the anchor babies to help keep him from being deported?

When you dance to the music, sooner or later you have to pay the fiddler. But whats so sad in these situations, so does the hard working taxpayers.

I apologize, get yourself a pistol and use it if you have to.
