Massachusetts family law #2?

according to massachusetts law, the non-custodial parent can be responsible to pay child support up until the child reaches 23, depending on if the child is in college, or still living at home, etc. now, my question is, what if the non-custodial parent moves out of state? is he or she still legally responsible? or if the custodial parent leaves the state with the child?
your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The non-custodial parent moving out of state is irrelevant in regard to MA still having jurisdiction over the child and support by the non-custodial parent as long as the child is a resident of the state of MA

Now if the child leaves the state and maintains residency in another state for a period longer then 6 months, then one can move in the new state for a motion to take over jurisdiction of the child custody issue

The parents are required to support the child no matter where they live. You brought the kid into the world....it is your responsibility to raise him.

The custodial parent is not permitted to remove the minor child from the state without the non-custodial parents permission.

If the non-custodial parent moves out of state, that parent is still responsible. Absence doens't relieve responsibility.
